Mount Majura Vineyard

This is perhaps one of the few places where you could go wine-tasting and still be inside a capital city. Surprisingly, what you'd get is not expensive, but rather sits firmly on the mid-range side. Positioned on the unique limestone-rich, volcanic red-earth slopes of Mount Majura, the boutique cellar door specializes in handcrafted, single-site drops. They are nationally celebrated for pioneering Iberian red varieties in the region, particularly their highly acclaimed Tempranillo and TSG (Tempranillo, Shiraz, Graciano) blends. Tastings are completely seated, deeply educational, and can be accompanied by local artisan cheese and charcuterie platters.
