Timeline
18:55
Start with a glass of wine and a slice of pizza at Gini Pig. The rustic, cozy vibe is perfect for settling in before the walk up. It is open from 11:00 to 24:00.
19:15
Cascades, Sculpture Park and Cafesjian Museum
Walk 18 minutes north to the Cascades, Sculpture Park and Cafesjian Museum. Wander through the Sculpture Park among the Botero statues. Arrive just before 19:40 to watch the sun set toward the WNW over the city from this elevated green zone.
20:00
Head to Lavash for dinner. It is a short walk away. Order from the traditional Armenian menu. The large room upstairs offers a more refined white-tablecloth experience, though the price is the same. Note that it can be busy on weekend nights, so reserve ahead if possible.
20:40
End the evening with a nightcap at In Vino. This 24/7 wine bar on Saryan Street is the first of its kind on the street and remains a popular spot for locals long after dinner.
Local tip
The walk from Gini Pig to the Cascades is gentle but steep. Take your time to enjoy the statues. Lavash is absolutely the place to end the meal with traditional sweets.
