   Don't let the BoardWalk's Roaring 20s decor fool you; inside the Atlantic Dance Hall, it's all modern. This is your standard off-the-shelf dance club with all the attendant noise and crowds, even more so now that Pleasure Island's nightclubs have closed. Must be 21 or older.

   The cafe hosts two totally different meals, both buffets. Breakfast is Goofy's Beach Club Breakfast, with Goofy, Minnie, and Donald getting ready for a day at the beach. Dinner is modeled after a seaside clam bake, with barbecue and pasta on one side and seafood on the other. No characters at dinner, just a lot of good food.

   Scat Cat's Club

   Scat Cat, featured in the animated classic The Aristocats, must have moved to New Orleans after the events of the film, since this lounge in the French Quarter resort is named for him. Their specialty is any drink served in a hurricane glass, an innovation developed in the real New Orleans.

   Step into this cavernous, industrial gothic hotspot for American cuisine, craft cocktails, and exciting entertainment. Set within the island's old power plant, the second outpost of this Los Angeles icon is 21+ after 10PM, and offers late-night music and entertainment from Thursday through Saturday. Note: a dress code is in place nightly after 10, with ball caps, sleeveless shirts, and flip-flops not allowed.

    House of Blues

    You can't miss this place; just head for the 100-foot water tower! Dan Aykroyd—that's right, Elwood Blues himself—co-founded this chain of rocking establishments that are both restaurant and live music venue. You'll find some free music in the various dining rooms every night, with major acts booked in the main hall that have a separate admission fee. But don't overlook the food—you'll find a variety of hearty down-home Southern meals from burgers to jambalaya.

If they didn't restrict who could get in, the place would be overflowing with people every single night.

    Saratoga Springs, New York, was once known for its healing and relaxing mineral waters, a tradition carried forward at this full-service spa and health club. The expected wide array of massages, facial and full-body treatments, and manicures and pedicures are all available here, and they're not restricted to guests staying at the resort.

With so much to do, even people who don't bowl can have a great time.

    Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

    The centerpiece of this festival is the international marketplace and promenade, with more than 25 kiosks serving dishes and drinks from six continents. Seminars, demonstrations, wine tastings, and all sorts of shopping are also available throughout the festival. The evening "Eat to the Beat!" concert series at the America Gardens Theater focuses on jazz, funk, and R&B.

    Just around the bend from the BoardWalk is the Yacht Club's Bayside Marina, where a huge array of boats are available for rent or charter. Rental options range from single-person Sea Raycers ($24/half-hour) to 10-passenger pontoon boats ($42/half-hour). Chartered options run the gamut, from fishing and dining cruises, to a cruise down the way to Epcot to watch Epcot Forever from the World Showcase Lagoon. Send the kids on a treasure-hunting pirate cruise, or customize your own excursion. (Advance reservations strongly suggested for any chartered excursion; call +1 407-WDW-PLAY to make them.).

    The Boathouse, Disney Springs' showpiece waterfront restaurant, also offers some unique boat tours. For starters, they have the world's only commercial stable of real 1960s Amphicars, amphibious vehicles that fully reflect the styling of their original era. These captain-guided tours are 20 minutes long and cost $125 per car. They also have an Italian water taxi called Venezia, for groups up to 20; the tour includes champagne and dessert, with live music, and costs $75/person ($50/child under 13) for 30 minutes. Wine tasting-cruises on the same boat are available for $125 per person or $225 per couple. All tours are available daily 10AM-10PM, weather permitting. Reservations for Amphicars must be made in person, for the Venezia tours, call +1 407 939-2628.
