Walk five minutes from the bar to Manuka Oval. The stadium is open to the public in the evening. Find a spot on the grass or near the boundary to watch the sky change colour as the sun sets toward the WSW.

Head to the Kingston Hotel for a post-sunset drink. It is a five-minute walk from the oval. This long-running pub has transformed into a safe, warm and friendly neighbourhood institution. It is the perfect place to watch the lights come on over the oval.
Local tip
The Kingston Hotel is a local staple. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere after the sunset, Queenies is a short walk away and offers a more intimate setting.
