The Liverpool Plains is the closest area to Sydney to see broadacre farming. Sign up to the Sunflower Alert to be advised when and where the best places to see the crop in full flower here. Crops are not accessible to the general public without prior permission - trespassers will be prosecuted. Most fields are by the roadside anyway.
