Ediz Hook

A spit where visitors can stroll around the beach that overlooks the city on one side and Canada on the other. A spot for birdwatching and beachcombing. It's said that the beach contains some exotic stones and the luckiest can find sea glasses.

This pier is the main outdoor civic space for downtown, with a covered stage at the base used for small outdoor concerts. Climb the lookout tower at the end of the pier for a full view of the inner harbor and the waterfront. Take a stroll, or join the people who fish for crabs or shrimp!
