Sullivan's Cove

This area is home to Hobart's main waterfront area and was the original landing point by European settlers in 1804. Most locals come here to sit, relax and, if hungry, enjoy some of Tasmania's finest seafood. Constitution Dock, within the cove, is particularly famous as it is the finishing point of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race which is held from Boxing Day (December 26) each year.
