Why Not? disco

A lively and very loud disco, popular with both travellers and locals, and well known as a pick-up bar. A mix of people come for the dancing, for flirting, or to find a partner for the night or longer. Prostitution is present but not the primary character of the place. The occasional drunken brawl is not unheard of. Attitudes among resident foreigners range from enthusiastic regulars to those who avoid it entirely.
