Mitte Cultural District

Has a lot of retail shops and great local restaurants. Though much of the commercial activity has shifted northward due to the devaluation of the Mexican Peso, there is still a thriving scene as the city has taken increasing efforts to revitalize many Downtown buildings and streets.
