The Yarqon Park

The largest public park in Tel Aviv. The Yarqon River runs through the park, and spills into the Mediterranean Sea. Most of the park lies north of the river, but the south bank has a nice portion of it as well. The park is an excellent place for physical activities of all kinds - walking, jogging, cycling, boating, kissing, etc. You can also come and join a game of football/basketball at almost any time. The park is clean (but the river is not - do not swim!) and except for a few small parts is very well lit at night.
