While the surrounding site has approved multi-stage residential redevelopment plans on the horizon, this historic community hub remains fully operational for public ice skating and swimming. It features an Olympic-sized indoor ice skating rink that hosts daily public skating sessions, skating lessons, and local ice hockey matches. A heated outdoor 50-metre lap pool operates during the warmer months.
