The Canberra Distillery

Located in Gungahlin's industrial hub of Mitchell, this premium artisanal micro-distillery is well worth the detour for spirits enthusiasts. Operating out of a sleek warehouse, they focus heavily on small-batch, high-quality production and local, unique Canberra flavors. Visitors can drop by for complimentary walk-in tastings of their incredibly vast range, which includes creative craft gins (such as their famous Earl Grey gin), smooth vodkas, butterscotch schnapps, rum, and their highly popular sherry-cask single malt whiskies.
