Kojima Textile Festival

Held in Kurashiki's Kojima area, the textile capital of Japan, the festival features a variety of vendors with the locally-made denim being the star. There are a lot of fun activities for kids and lots of vendors selling local favorites, such as Shimotsui octopus and the jeans ice cream.
