As it is better known has been extensively refurbished. Catering for locals, visitors and students, it really is a pub worth a visit. Home-made pies are a speciality and real ales are aplenty. Occasional live music on Thursday nights with acts from near and far. Pool table is very good value at 50p.

Part of the University of Sheffield's sport facilities, this is a large wall for bouldering. The layout is 'reset' regularly, so repeat customers won't get bored.
