At the back of a steep and congested parking lot, three Vietnamese brothers created an atmosphere that feels like a Belltown Hotel than a rough Vietnamese strip mall, with a cool contemporary-style fountain. Try the fish paste with bacon, the spring rolls with a side of fresh peanut sauce, or the seven courses of beef. High quality service, sauces, and appetizers, served up artfully at Little Saigon prices.
