James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home & Visitor Center
See the house where the renowned writer and poet spent the latter part of his life. "The Children's Poet" is how Riley is recognized. One of the best maintained Victorian homes in the nation, the house has been featured in Architectural Digest. The house has never undergone renovations; every piece of furniture, up to the carpet, is original and dates back to 1916.
