Amsterdam celebrates the holy day of Sint Nicholaas on 5 December as Christmas in the Dam Square also known as "Christmas Square". However, on Christmas Day, i.e. 25 December, the people of Amsterdam are also getting used to celebrating Christmas alongside English speakers.
