Ruzhou traditional Guokui shop, Guokui is a thick pastry baked by charcoal fire. It is crisp outside and soft inside. It has salty flavor, five flavors and other tastes. When it is first baked, it can be eaten directly or with vegetables (such as with local pickled vegetables).
