Deák téri evangélikus templom

Budapest's oldest and the best-known evangelical church built in Classical style room-church without a tower. The church facade is decorated with four Doric pilasters, overhead with Triglyph decoration and with triangular gable. The building is covered a huge, domed metal roof structure. The interior is a compact, rectangular hall with double choir. The altar painted by Michael Pollack, a version of Raphael's transfiguration. The red marble pulpit and baptismal font made by Dunaiszky Lawrence.
