This residential building has the narrowest facade in Budapest. It was built in 1898 according to the plans on Fülöp Weinréb and Frigyes Spiegel. The facade is only 6.2 m wide.

In the exhibition called “The World of the Hungarian Fairy Tale”, you can go on a fairy tale journey. The building is a two-storey corner house, rebuilt from a one-storey Baroque house in 1815, with a Classicist facade.

Hauszmann-ház
Former residential house of Alajos Hauszmann, who was a Hungarian architect, professor. He was one of the most active and characteristic representatives of Historicism in Hungarian architecture. The three-storey house was built by his own designs in 1892 in Eclectic style.
