Baku Jazz Festival
Organised by the famous saxophonist and Baku resident Rain Sultanov to showcase Azerbaijan's love of jazz which grew during the Soviet era when it was banned by the authorities. Features acts from around the world, the annual festival lasts for a week, and will run from 7-14 June.
