Kartika Sari

The primary brand for local Bandung pastries. A wide selection of pastries, but the most famous include its lapis cakes; the cheese sticks; keju bagelen; and the special pisang mollen, a round bread stuffed with banana that you can choose with or without choose. The main store is in Jalan H. Akbar near the main railway station, but there are several more branches throughout the city.
