Sooksiam

Sooksiam pulls off the unlikely trick of recreating a traditional Thai floating market inside a shopping mall, with amazing, over-the-top decor and 3000 (!) stalls serving up authentic renditions of food from around the country, with everything from murderously spicy southern-style curries to sticky rice and papaya salad from Isaan. A great way to experience Thai street food, only with hygiene, air-conditioning, and walkways.
