A high-quality museum featuring Liaoning history from the stone age to the Qing dynasty, with many relics of China's past found in the area (3rd floor). Also houses large collections of Chinese traditional art and calligraphy, plus temporary exhibitions. There may be queues to enter during main public holidays.

The nearest bus stop is 'Zhihui Si Street & Quanyun San Road' (智慧四街全运三路), which is served by bus routes 100, 108, 130, 198 (north circle), 198 (west circle) and v112. You may catch bus v112 from the Baitahe Road Station on Metro Line 2
