A large luxury shopping development built in the 2010s on the site of a former convention center. Has many very pricey shops, including Tumi, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, Hermès, Gucci, Burberry, BOSS, Arc'teryx, and Allen Edmonds. The pedestrian-only Palmer Alley has seasonal overhead displays that make for a nice photo-op. There is also a seasonal farmer's market Tuesday afternoons, and periodic cultural events.
