Walk into Gagarin Park. Head to the eastern corner where the trail head begins. The path leads up the hill for a clear view over the city.

Position yourself at the viewing spot on the hill. The sun sets toward the WSW. At 17:16 the golden light begins, building until the sun disappears at 18:06.

After the view cools down, head to Dzee café. It is a five minute walk from the park and open until 20:00, perfect for a post-sunset drink.
Local tip
The park is a leisure center for locals. The trail on the eastern corner is the best vantage point for the sunset view described in the park facts.
