Walk 12 minutes to the Cascades, Sculpture Park and Cafesjian Museum. Stroll through the Sculpture Park, where works by Botero and other international artists decorate the green zone just north of the Opera.

Arrive at Mother Armenia. Stand before the monumental statue erected in 1967. As the sun sets toward the WSW, the golden light hits the steel figure, casting long shadows over the city.

Walk 22 minutes to Victory Park. Enjoy the nice view of the city centre from this park, which features the same Mother Armenia monument and some Soviet military equipment on display.
Local tip
The walk from the Cascades to Mother Armenia is steep. Take your time and enjoy the sculptures along the way.
