Climb Yantai Hill Park. The lighthouse is open until 17:00, so you have time to reach the 11th floor. Note that entry stops at 16:40, so you must be inside by then.

Watch the sun set toward the WSW from the top. The view of the city and coast is best as the light fades.

Walk down to Suochengli Historical and Cultural Block. Explore the historic streets as the night begins.
Local tip
The lighthouse closes entry at 16:40. Do not wait until the last minute to enter the park. The walk from the bar to the hill is short, but allow time for the climb.
