    Saint Mary's Cathedral

Arrive at Saint Mary's Cathedral before the doors open. The exterior is newly renovated, but the real draw is the interior. The 14 Stations of the Cross feature superior Myanmarese dexterity in carving, with images that literally pop out of the screen in 3D fashion. Arriving early lets you appreciate the architecture and carvings in the soft, pre-dawn silence.
