Yangon Skybar is open until midnight, so you have plenty of time to linger before moving to the cathedral. Chinatown is open from 15:00 to 21:00, so you will arrive just as the vendors are setting up for the night. Yun Xiang Chinese Restaurant closes at 21:00, so head there promptly after exploring the market.
