Visit Art Windsor-Essex. The gallery opens at 11 AM on Wednesdays through Sundays, so you will be there right when it opens. This is the quietest time to see the exhibits before the crowds arrive.

Walk four minutes east to Sir Cedric's Fish & Chips for lunch. It is a short stroll from the gallery. You can grab fish and chips or another seafood dish to keep the meal simple and local.

Walk five minutes northeast to Dieppe Gardens. This spot is at the northern-most base of Ouellette Ave. and offers a clear view overlooking the Detroit River and the skyline. It is a peaceful place to end your walk.
