Winchester Great Hall and King Arthur's Round Table
Walk up to Winchester Great Hall and King Arthur's Round Table. Enter the 13th-century hall and find your spot facing west. As the sun dips, the golden light hits the ancient stone and the faux medieval table, creating a striking contrast between history and illusion.

End the evening with a well-earned refresher at The Old Gaol House. This original prison governor's building is stocked with well-kept ales and local history on the walls. It is open late, so you can stay as long as you like after the light fades.
