Walk the northern entrance on Ouhai Avenue to reach the bridges and gazebos while the sky is still bright. The wetlands are large, so take your time to find a quiet spot near the water's edge.

Stay for the sunset. The sun sets toward the WSW, offering a clear view across the water as the light fades.

Head back to the northern entrance. Check the route for Metro Line S1 or bus routes 48, 49, 71, 73, and 160 to get back toward the city center for dinner.
Local tip
The wetlands are still under development, so stick to the main bridges and gazebos for the best views. It is a large area, so wear comfortable shoes.
