Shadelands Ranch Historical Museum
Walk up to Shadelands Ranch Historical Museum. The redwood framing catches the evening glow as the sun dips toward the WSW. You do not need to go inside to appreciate the architecture and the quiet atmosphere of the National Register site.

Head back to Rocco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria for a proper sit-down dinner. It is still open and the red-checker tablecloths offer a cozy end to the evening.
Local tip
The sun sets toward the WSW, so the museum’s western-facing exterior will be illuminated during the golden hour. Rocco’s is open until 21:00 on weekdays, giving you plenty of time for dinner after the sun goes down.
