Walk into Vingis Park to find a good spot. The park is large and wooded, so allow time to locate a clear view of the tower to the west. The sun will set directly behind it around 20:08.

The park is large and wooded, so you could easily lose your way. Stay on the paths near the river loop for the best views. Buga Sotu is open until 23:00 on weekdays and later on weekends.
