Timeline

  1. 09:30

    Museu Faller de València

Walk into the Museu Faller de València as it opens. The building’s history as a lepers' hospital, barracks, and prison adds weight to the display of ninots, the papier-mâché figures saved from the Falles festival flames.

  2. 10:30

    Alquería del Pou

Walk 10 minutes to Alquería del Pou for lunch. This spot is a favourite with locals for its traditional Valencian rice dishes and seafood, served in a garden setting. Mains range from €12 to €20.

  3. 11:30

    Exposición del Ninot

Walk 10 minutes to the Exposición del Ninot. Here, the current year's ninots are on display for public voting. The winning figure is spared the Cremà flames and added to the museum’s permanent collection.
