Walk to Jardí del Túria - Tram X. It is a short stroll from the food spot. Find a spot on the grass or a bench facing west. The park is wide and open, perfect for watching the sky change color.

Head to Portland Ale House for a post-sunset drink. The sun will have set, and the local beer selection pairs well with the relaxed end to the evening. It is a 13-minute walk from the viewing spot.
Local tip
The park is open during daylight hours. Horchatería Fabián opens at 13:30, so this plan works well for the late spring sunset. Portland Ale House is open until 02:00.
