Timeline
10:00
Start at Disagården as it opens. The museum is free and open daily from 10:00 in summer. Wander the preserved farm buildings to see how life in Uppland's countryside looked in the 1800s. The house interiors are only accessible during specific times, but the grounds and exterior architecture are open to explore immediately.
11:30
Walk five minutes to Odinsborg for lunch. This restaurant is open from 10:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends, making it a convenient stop right after your museum visit. Enjoy a meal before heading back out.
12:30
End your afternoon at Storvadsbadet, a public bathing area in the Fyris River. It is an eight-minute walk from the museum area. The site is handicap-accessible with public restrooms and an adjacent area for bathing dogs. It is a quiet spot to relax by the water as the day ends.

If you want to see inside the historic farmhouses, you must join the guided tour at 13:00 or the children's tour at 14:00, or visit during the open house hour between 15:00 and 16:00.
