Timeline
17:00
Grab a local IPA from Trondhjem Mikrobryggeriet. It is the only place in town serving an IPA and a bitter on tap. The prices are higher than average, but the selection is unique.
17:30
Walk to Rockheim. Arrive just before the sun dips below the horizon. The panoramic café here offers the best vantage point to catch the final golden light and the sunset over the city.
18:45
Head to Grafen for dinner. The restaurant has reinvented itself with a luxurious Mediterranean menu. It is open late, so you can enjoy a meal after the sun has set.
20:00
Finish the evening at Fru Lundgreens. Located in the basement of the concert hall, this spot has a rock crowd, a brilliant jukebox, and good value beer. It is open until 02:30.
Local tip
Rockheim is closed on Mondays. Check the route if you need to get back to your accommodation late, as Fru Lundgreens is in the concert hall basement.
