Timeline
15:27
Eat a burger or hot dog at Bubba's Restaurant and Bar. The menu is casual and quick, perfect for fueling up before the main event.
16:27
Walk five minutes to F & M Park. Find a spot on the grass facing west. The park is close enough to the water to feel the breeze and see the boats preparing for their evening trips.
17:27
Watch the sunset over Grand Traverse Bay. The sun sets toward the WSW, casting golden light on the water as the Nauti-Cat Cruises boats head out or return. This is the peak moment of the evening.

End the night with fine dining at Cooks House. Since it is open until midnight, you can enjoy a Michigan cuisine dinner or just a drink in a relaxed, upscale setting after the sun has gone down.
