Grab a coffee and a seat at Seglermesse. It opens at 11:00 in April-October, so arrive early to secure a spot before the lunch rush. If it is outside those months, the doors open at 11:30.

Walk three minutes to Ostseelounge. It is open daily from 11:00 to 01:00. Even if you do not drink, the lounge atmosphere next to the beach is a pleasant pause.

Stroll four minutes to the Beach. This 1.7 km stretch of white sand is the town's main attraction. It is the perfect place to walk off the coffee and enjoy the sea air.

End your walk at Niederegger. Founded in 1806, this is an institution for marzipan and hot chocolate. It is open from 09:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends.
