    Stop at the Guishan Island Visitor Center to buy food and drinks for the hike.

    Hill 401

    Begin the hour-long hike to the summit of Hill 401. Remember that advance registration is required to access the summit.

    Hill 401

    Stand at the top of the bunker and watch the sun set toward the WSW.

Local tip

The hike takes about an hour, so start early enough to reach the top before the sun goes down. Make sure you have your advance registration ready.
