Timeline

  1. 18:33

    Timothy Cafe

Grab a coffee or light bite at Timothy Cafe. It is located just a short walk from the port entrance and opens early, giving you plenty of time to settle in before the evening rush.

  2. 19:03

    Segway tour

Walk to the Segway tour meeting point at the Tel Aviv Port. Even if you do not ride, the area offers a nice pre-sunset stroll along the waterfront. The walk from Timothy Cafe takes about 16 minutes.

  3. 19:48

    Alma beach

Head to Alma beach. It is Tel Aviv's most beautiful beach and offers a clear view of Old Jaffa as the sun sets toward the WNW. The waves are bigger here, so it is best to watch from the sand rather than swim.

  4. 20:33

    Mike's Place

End the evening with a drink at Mike's Place. This American-style bar features live music and outdoor seating, perfect for winding down after the sunset. It is open late, staying open until 04:00.

Local tip

Alma beach has no breakwater, making the waves more dangerous. Stay on the sand to enjoy the view of Old Jaffa and the sunset safely. Mike's Place is a popular spot for the 20-30 something crowd, so expect a lively atmosphere.
