Grab a bite at El Germen. The lunch specials are vegetarian and affordable, or order from the menu for meat dishes. It is a fusion of Bolivian and German cooking with great desserts.

Walk 28 minutes NW to Parque Simón Bolívar. Stroll through the park, Sucre’s favourite lovers' hangout. Watch the street performances and the locals. Do not step on the grass.
19:04
Find a spot in the park to watch the sunset. The sun sets toward the WSW in January, W in April and October, and WNW in July. The golden light starts roughly 30 minutes before the sun disappears.

Stay in the park as the evening sets in. It is a nice place to watch people and enjoy the atmosphere after dark.
Local tip
The park is a lively hub for locals. Keep an eye on your belongings and respect the grass. If you want a drink after, Goblin Bar y Cerveceria is a cozy pub nearby, but it is only open Thursday to Saturday from 20:00.
