Grab a bite at Tennstopet. The traditional Swedish cooking provides a hearty base before the swim. Note that on one evening in August they serve Surströmming, but regular mains are available year-round.

Walk to Vanadisbadet. The outdoor bath is open from 07:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. You have time to change and settle in before the water turns gold.
21:49
The moment. At 21:49 the sun sets toward the NW. The outdoor pool catches the fading light as the sky shifts colors. Stay in the water or sit by the edge to watch the last light fade.
22:19
End the evening at Tranan. This brasserie-style restaurant has been open since 1929 and offers a dark downstairs bar that is a popular hangout. It is the perfect spot to warm up with a drink and reflect on the swim.
