Grab a late lunch toast or fruit bowl. This spot serves breakfast and lunch until 16:00, but on April 15th the sun sets late, so this is a perfect pre-sunset stop to fuel up before the main event. The menu features wide choices of breakfast "toasts" and fruit bowls.

Walk to the Real Alcázar. Wander the Mudéjar courtyards and gardens. The room where Columbus's journey was planned is a highlight. The gardens with their ponds and maze offer quiet spots to wait for the light to change. The palace is open until 17:00 in October-March, but in April it stays open until 19:00, so you have time to explore before the gates close for the evening.

Catch the sunset. The sun sets toward the WNW at 20:58 on April 15th. Find a spot in the gardens or near the courtyards that faces west to see the golden light fade over the palace walls. The light starts around 20:23, so you have about 35 minutes of golden hour to enjoy the architecture in warm tones.

End the evening at Cafe-Bar Las Teresas. It is a lively slice of ham heaven, open from 10:00 to 00:00. It is a popular spot for both tourists and locals. If the sight of hanging hams offends you, look elsewhere, but for a classic Seville tapas experience to wind down, it is a great choice.
