Pick up snacks or cold drinks at the Seaspray General Store & LPO. It opens at 09:00, so by midday it is ready for you. Grab what you need for the beach before the heat gets too intense.

Walk 15 minutes northeast to Seaspray Beach. This is the main stretch of Ninety Mile Beach. It is a good time to stroll the sand. The description notes strong currents and rips, so keep an eye on the water and stay away from the outer bar if you plan to swim.

Head to Waves Bistro & Sandbar, just one minute from the beach. Sit in the outdoor seating area overlooking the water. It is a bistro in the Surf Life Saving Club, perfect for a meal or a drink while watching the surf.
Local tip
The general store is closed on Sundays and after 12:00 on Saturdays, so check the route if you are visiting then. The beach can have strong currents, so stay safe in the water.
