Arrive at the Spring of the Bosna River as it opens. The park is quietest in the morning, allowing you to walk among the well-kept paths and listen to the ice-cold water surging from the mountains without distraction.

Check the route for a short drive or tram ride back toward Ilidža to find a local kafana or café for a light lunch or coffee. The suburb is just beyond the final stop of tram 3.

Return to the park for a final stroll. The large grounds offer plenty of space to picnic or simply sit by the river edge as the day warms up.
Local tip
The park is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00. A small admission fee applies, and parking is available nearby if you drive. If you prefer not to drive, the area is accessible via tram 3 to the Ilidža suburb.
