    Walk thirty five minutes east to Alta Plaza Park. This immaculately manicured park in the heart of Pacific Heights offers excellent views over the Bay and is a perfect spot to rest your legs.

    Memphis Minnie's

    Head nine minutes southeast to Memphis Minnie's for a late lunch. Order the southern-style barbecue and the amazing mac and cheese. Note that they are open from 11:00 on Sundays.

Local tip

Alta Plaza Park is a quiet oasis. If you want to extend your walk, Lafayette Park is also nearby and offers similar bay views.
