Stop at Na Tart for a pastry and coffee to take with you. The bakery is open until 21:00, so it will be ready well before the hike.

Walk up to Mount Etna Park. The park is a 49-minute walk from the anchor, but starting from the bakery makes the timing tight. Use the route from the anchor if you need transport. Settle in on the ridge as the sky begins to change color.
19:57
Watch the sun dip below the horizon toward the WNW. The golden light peaks around 19:22, painting the canyon in warm hues before the sky turns blue.
20:42
Head down to Pho Hut & Grill for a hot bowl of pho. It is located near Mount Etna Park and stays open until 21:00, making it a perfect late-night stop after the sun has set.
Local tip
The walk from the anchor to Mount Etna Park is long. If you start from the bakery, ensure you leave enough time to reach the park before the sun goes down. Check the route if you need transport from the anchor.
